Cashing in! Adele’s longtime manager Jonathan Dickins makes a huge profit as he sells his North Bondi home for a whopping $5.6 million after purchasing the property for $2.7m

Jonathan Dickins has sold his North Bondi pad for well above the house’s price guide.

The New York-based manager of English singer Adele sold the five bedroom semi for $5.6 million, $400,000 more than what the property was expected to yield.

The home was sold after just 11 days on the market, according to realestate.com.au.

The house was bought by Dickins and his wife Rachel Guy in 2014 for $2.7 million.

It boasts a north-facing back garden, soaring ceilings and ‘minimalist designer interiors’ made of a combination of materials including stone, timber and polished concrete.

British-born Dickins began representing Hello hitmaker Adele in 2006, while his sister Lucy serves as her agent.

Earlier this month, the estranged father of the multi-millionaire singer died at the age of 57.

Mark Evans – who had not spoken to his daughter for years after a bitter falling out – passed away following a battle with cancer, The Sun reported.

A source told the newspaper that Mr Evans’s family were ‘of course very upset by his passing’.

They added that the relationship with his daughter remained ‘acrimonious to the end’, despite attempts to ‘make things right’.

He and his daughter famously fell out in 2011 when Mr Evans – who walked out on the singer when she was a child – claimed in an interview that she struggled to find love because of her abandonment issues.

It was revealed in 2019 that Mr Evans – who announced his bowel cancer diagnosis six years earlier – was earning around $90 a day as a Yodel delivery driver after giving up his career as a plumber.

Meanwhile the Rolling in the Deep singer’s net worth was reportedly nearly $275 million in 2020.
