Although the lat is small, it’s not the smallest flat to have gone up for sale in London.

One flat located in Clapton, East London, was just seven square metres and had a minimum price set by auctioneers of £50,000.

Previously, the flat had been bought for a whopping £103,500 in May 2017.

The flat was located inside a Victorian conversion and included a bed, microwave, bathroom and incumbent tenant.

However, there was no room for a kitchen, personal home decor or to socialise.
