The second Bake Off casualty was this year’s youngest contestant with 18-year-old Maisam leaving the show and Maxxy getting named top of the class as Star Baker.
There is a total of 12 contestants taking part this year all hoping to claim the Bake Off crown.
Former Bake Off finalist Kim-Joy said she has said Maxxy deserved to be Star Baker in the second week.
However, she also said on Cameo how she wasn’t sure who was her pick of the bakers this year: “I can’t pick one, it is like picking your favourite cake!”
Kim-Joy also dished out some advice for this week, saying: “Bread week, it’s Paul’s favourite – got to impress!”
The Great British Bake Off airs on Channel 4 on Tuesdays at 8pm
