“And being able to sing for him as many times as I did and every time him affirming who I am, he is incredible.”
Anthonia and Sir Tom sang It’s A Man’s World in the final, with the contestant describing it as “incredible”.
“He has such a huge presence,” she added. “And I have to say in the final when I was singing there was a moment where I got a bit distracted at the fact that I was singing with Tom Jones.”
Discussing her coaches’ reaction to her win, Anthonia concluded: “He was so proud.
“And his team, his manager as well, who we collaborated with, they were just also proud. I feel like we put a lot of work into what we did, and it paid off.”
