Sydney commenced its first full day of strict lockdown on Sunday amid a surge in Covid-19 cases.

And while most residents are preparing for a two-week stint cramped inside their suburban homes, local celebrities are enjoying a much more glamorous experience.

From isolating inside lavish properties to cashing in with sponsored Instagram posts, here’s how the stars are spending lockdown.

Kicking off the list is former WAG Phoebe Burgess (née Hooke), 32, who is isolating in the lap of luxury at her family’s sprawling estate in Bowral.

The mother-of-two was relegated into self-isolation following a recent visit to the Joh Bailey hair salon in Double Bay.

Joh Bailey was added to Sydney’s growing list of COVID exposure sites on Tuesday, after it was revealed the venue was exposed from June 17 to June 19.

On Monday, Phoebe gave fans an update on her lavish lockdown by uploading a gallery of Instagram photos showing herself posing with her children Poppy, two, and Billy, four, in the garden of her family’s estate.

As it stands there are only four reasons for anyone in Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour to leave their homes.

Those reasons are work that can’t be done from home, essential shopping, medical care and exercise in groups less than 10.

Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting anyone mentioned in this story has Covid-19.
