The Bachelor's Tiffany Scanlon goes topless in outback – before undergoing life-changing experience

The Bachelor’s Tiffany Scanlon has bravely revealed her mental health battle during a road a road trip on the Western Australian coast. 

Tiffany rose to fame on the reality show in 2016 before gaining national attention after starting a relationship with co-star, Megan Marx. 

The blonde revealed she had arrived at a camping spot in darkness – before having a self-reckoning during a walk on the trip.

‘Around an hour into my walk, for no particular reason other than my brain struggling to be in a state of prolonged joy, the voice in my head took hold,’ she wrote. 

‘[It] started feeding me some really dark and scary thoughts about myself and death. 

‘So much so that I sat crying (and naked lol) writing a letter on my phone to my bf from 10yrs ago,’ she continued.

Reality star Tiffany said she managed to talk herself down with her feeling a little shaken afterwards.

‘I am so grateful I had no reception to send it cuz reflecting on it I can’t actually believe what I wrote. I really can’t explain why in that moment those thoughts took over but afterwards I was completely fine, if not a little shook.’ 

Tiffany said she wanted to ‘sit’ with her personal pain, before writing letters and burning them to signify letting go.

‘I wanted to get back on the move as staying in 1 spot was bringing up a lot but I decided I needed to sit with it,’ she wrote. 

‘I wrote some letters that night which I then burned to signify letting go. This has been the first time this whole trip that I’ve been in one spot for more than a night and finally all the sh*t I’d been running from caught up to me and forced me to sit with it.’ 

Tiffany was formerly linked with her one-time Bachelor co-star, Megan Marx.

The women met while competing for Richie Strahan’s affections on The Bachelor in 2016. 

A whirlwind relationship ensued, ending abruptly in March 2017.
