She became one of the most controversial stars of Big Brother by speaking her mind regardless of the consequences.

And Talia Rycroft has revealed it was that honesty that made Channel Seven producers sit up and take notice during her application process.

During an Instagram Q&A on Tuesday, Talia urged anybody who was thinking about applying to be as ‘honest’ and ‘creative’ as possible.

‘The more honest you are the higher chance I feel you have getting on the show. They see you naked at the end of the day,’ the 22-year-old explained.

Talia added that she took her time with application to make it as perfect as possible.

‘I didn’t do my application in one sitting, I saved my application, I kept doing back to it, I kept touching it, I kept correcting it and perfecting it,’ she said.

Talia also urged people to think outside the box and be ‘creative instead of boring’ if they made it to the video round.

‘That’s the beauty of Big Brother, they want to put everyday people into the house that’s the social experiment,’ she explained.

 Meanwhile, Channel Seven has announced that they are already on the lookout for its next batch of housemates.

The network shared the news to Instagram on Sunday with a link for reality TV star hopefuls to apply.

 To be eligible for a role on the popular program, applications must be made by Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents that are over the age of 18.

The scheduled filming of the series is set to begin in October 2020, and those applying are expected to keep at least 12 weeks free to be on the show.

The reboot attracted a whopping 54,000 applications last year when it announced it was looking for a new batch of stars in October 2019.
