Succession star Sarah Snook has teased that fans can expect another season of the hit series.

As season three kicked off on Sky Atlantic, the Australian actress, 33, who appears in Succession as Siobhan Roy – the only daughter of Logan Roy (played by Brian Cox), threw her support behind the series continuing as she touched on its success.

Asked if she was surprised how well received Succession was by fans when it first hit TV screens in 2018, Sarah revealed: ‘It was totally baffling.’

She appeared on Sky News with her co-star Matthew MacFadyen, who plays her character’s onscreen husband Tom Wambsgans, and was asked by host Kay Burley if fans can expect another season of Succession when the third series’ nine-episode run wraps up.

Not giving anything away, Sarah assured Kay she was up for filming continuing, as she replied: ‘That would be lovely. I can’t wait to see what would happen with the rest of the characters.’

Suggesting there is room for more seasons of Succession, she added: ‘I don’t know if the story ever gets wrapped up.’

Pushed by Kay for a definitive answer, Sarah remained coy as she replied: ‘How does the story end? It can only really end when someone gets to the top and does anyone really get to the top in the Roy family?’

Teasing what’s to come in her latest TV interview, Sarah teased fans can expect things to ‘ramp up’.

She revealed the Roy family are in ‘full beast mode’ this time around, adding: ‘There’s] more conniving, more manipulations, more deciding where they stand.’
