Sonja Morgan has taken her Manhattan townhouse off the market after eight years without an offer.
The 57-year-old reality star delisted the property last week after it was put back on the market last summer for $8.75 million after an extensive remodeling, according to an article Tuesday by the New York Post.
The Upper East Side home has been featured on The Real Housewives Of New York City and was initially listed in 2013 for $9.95 million while Sonja was in divorce proceedings with J.P. Morgan heir John A. Morgan.

The five-story residence previously had its price cut to $7.2 million when it was listed in 2015.
Sonja also tried renting the townhouse in 2018 for $32,000 per month, according to property records.
The townhouse was back on the market after being remodeled, but a buyer could not be found after a year despite the vibrant NYC real estate market amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
‘At this point, this house is nothing more than a financial drain, an emotional drain,’ Sonja said last year during season 12 of RHONY.

City dwelling: The luxurious city dwelling boasts five floors, five bedrooms
Sonja moved back into the townhouse at the start of the pandemic after giving up her own apartment on Columbus Circle.
‘If no one’s renting the townhouse, I can’t be shelling out cash every month to rent my little pied-à-terre in Columbus Circle . . . I am a guest in my own house until this gets rented or sold,’ she said during the season 13 premiere that aired in May on Bravo.
The townhouse listing had been handled by several real estate companies, including Corcoran Group, Sotheby’s International Realty and Douglas Elliman.

‘Among the glories of this house are the custom mosaic floors in the full-width entryway and the two large master baths with nautical motifs personal to the Morgan family. Mr. Morgan, his father, grandfather and great-grandfather, J.P. Morgan, were all noted yachtsmen and Commodores of the New York Yacht Club,’ the listing previously said.
The interior amenities include a sauna, gym and library and the exterior features an outdoor space with a 575-square-feet landscaped garden with a fountain and koi pond.

Little touches: Sonja added some truly luxurious ‘silk-lined walls’ to the five-bedroom home
The center piece of the five-story home is the expansive master suite that stretches throughout the entire third floor. To that spectacular space, Sonja during her recent renovation added some truly luxurious ‘silk-lined walls.’
As for what inspired the style of the room, Sonja revealed a unique and historic muse. ‘I had a custom-made four poster bed fashioned after the first bed in the White House by John Adams,’ she surprisingly revealed to DailyMailTV in September 2020.
Interestingly, Sonja’s ex-husband is named John Adams Morgan and the couple, who were wed from 1998-2006, named their now 20-year-old daughter Quincy Adams Morgan.

One feature RHONY fans will always associate with Sonja is a bidet – which she’s used throughout the seasons in a variety of ways such as washing her lingerie.
‘The chandelier I brought back from Venice,’ the RHONY star explained while showing off the master bathroom. ‘And then I love a freestanding tub and I have, of course, a bidet in every room.’
