SAS Australia’s Alicia Molik QUITS the show after failing to win a brutal boxing match against Jana Pittman

SAS Australia recruit Alicia Molik sensationally quit the show on Monday night, after she failed to win a brutal boxing match against Jana Pittman.

During the episode, the 40-year-old retired tennis star handed in her number to chief instructor Ant Middleton, after she could face no more of the Olympian’s punches.

‘You can have my number,’ the defeated star said to Ant, before breaking down to the camera.

‘I got scared. I thought I’d be a good fighter. I tried my best,’ she said, before walking off the field.

Earlier in the episode, Ant had placed celebrities together to fight while surrounded by their fellow recruits.

Armed with boxing gloves and protective gear, the recruits would hit each other until one either gave up or the fight was called.

‘Don’t turn your back! Face your target!’ the DS was heard screaming at Alicia, who turned around to protect herself from the punches.

But eventually, it was all too much – and Alicia left the competition shortly after singer Pete Murray was taken to hospital after his own brutal match against Mark Philippoussis.

Alicia had previously been in Ant’s bad books, after she was accused of showboating when she celebrated her execution of a task by raising her arms in the air.

Ant snapped, getting right up into her face and pushing her into the water below.

‘This not a f***ing game show is it?! Is it? Do you think this is a f***ing game show? Do you think that’s a f***ing laugh? Do you think that’s a joke?’ he then screamed in her face.

SAS Australia continues Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel Seven
