And Sarah Jessica Parker and co-star Cynthia Nixon were back in action in New York’s downtown Manhattan neighborhood on Tuesday. 

SJP traded her character Carrie Bradshaw’s usually glam look for something more subdued, showing off a natural, makeup-minimal glow for the scene.

The actress arrived on set wearing breezy fringed jacket and maxi dress while her light locks were twisted into a simple bun.

Keeping comfy, she slipped sock-clad feet into a pair of Birkenstock sandals.

She played up her God-given good looks with a hint of blush and lip balm while accessorizing with simple studs and a long necklace.

During the scene, SJP entertained herself with a bit of light reading, pulling out Sally Rooney’s Beautiful World, Where Are You while waiting on a bench besides several bulky bags.

Nixon showed up while cameras rolled, wearing a preppy denim dress with a pea green cardigan and matching accessories. 

Always there to offer advice, Cynthia’s character Miranda sat down on the bench with Carrie and listened to her woes.

Though And Just Like That… has yet to premiere, the show has reportedly already generated enough buzz to earn a second season. 

In July a source dished that another instalment is ‘expected to be announced soon by HBO Max.’

It’s even been claimed that the ‘door is open’ for Kim Cattrall to return as sex-obsessed PR executive Samantha Jones, despite her feud with Sarah Jessica and not taking part in the first season.

The source said: ‘There was obviously a concern that people would miss Kim and not be engaged but the response so far has been phenomenal. And for fans of Kim, the door is open for her to return. If she ever changes her mind, she can come back.

‘The ladies love and value her and would love to see her on the new show. The whole point of this series is to show that friendships evolve and change over time, so Kim is always welcome to come home.
