It comes after Sampaio previously spoke about how she has been diversifying her workouts in an effort to push her body harder and further during an interview with HollywoodLife.
‘I’ve been doing some cardio classes, especially when I’m in LA…Sometimes I’ll go to Pilates, I just try to do a little bit of everything,’ she revealed.
The supermodel went on to speak about how she does not hold herself to a strict schedule, as she favored intensity over frequency.

‘I just try to work out three to four, five times a week, depending on how my body is feeling and how my week is going,’ she said.
Sampaio concluded the interview by noting that she has had to unlearn the eating habits that she picked up in her younger years and that her current fitness plan was designed to keep her in check going forward.
‘When I was in my early 20s I could just eat whatever and didn’t have to work out as much but I think as I get older, I’m really catching up on all those years of eating like crap,’ she remarked.
