RHOSLC's Meredith Marks says son Brooks styles her for the show

Meredith Marks has carved out her place as the most stylish cast member of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

And it looks like one of the secrets behind her impeccable taste in fashion is none other than her 22-year-old son, Brooks Marks.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Wednesday, the jewellery designer revealed that Brooks helped style her during her first season on the show.

‘Brooks and I really worked together a lot on my looks for the first season,’ she explained.

‘And then the second season I did work with a stylist as well,’ she continued. ‘Of course I’m still working with Brooks but we had a lot more help.’

Viewers will see the 49-year-old designer expanding her fashion and jewellery empire in the new season, and promises that fans will be able to get some of her signature wardrobe staples, like blazers and flared pants.

Secret weapon: ‘Brooks and I really worked together a lot on my looks for the first season,’ Meredith explained. ‘Of course I’m still working with Brooks but we had a lot more help’

Meredith also teased that Brooks’ own fashion line is expanding too.

‘Over the weekend he showed me the drawings for his new collection and I am very, very, very excited, I cannot wait,’ she gushed.

Brooks famously launched his fashion line last year with a signature $124 cotton tracksuit.

The tracksuit went viral after it was featured on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and was worn by Andy Cohen and Lisa Rinna. 

Since the season aired, Brooks has amassed almost 40,000 Instagram followers and has even scored some sponsorship deals alongside his famous mum.  

It’s unclear if Brooks’ budding fashion empire will be featured on season two of the series, but Meredith promises plenty of drama when the show returns to screens next week.

‘We had a great season, there’s a lot of ups and downs,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.

‘There’s a lot of great moments and a lot of not-so-great moments but I think we will definitely deliver,’ she continued.

‘I definitely did engage. I disengaged, I engaged, I over-engaged. I did it all!’
