This week it emerged that Bounty will no longer have a place in the Celebrations box of chocolate after Mars Wrigley announced it would be removing the sweet from some of its tubs. The coconut-flavoured treat has for years divided opinion, with the chocolate manufacturer suggesting almost 40 percent of people hate it. Debate over which Celebrations chocolate is the best is likely to reemerge this Christmas. But what do you think? What’s your favourite Celebrations chocolate? Vote in our poll.
Celebrations was launched in 1997 with the tagline “Share the joy”, and became one of the first mixed chocolate selections available to Britons.
The chocolates have since travelled around the world and are sold in multiple countries which tend to have the same brands as the UK.
The current offer on choice includes Malteasers Teaser, Mars, Milky Way, Snickers, Galaxy chocolate, Galaxy caramel, Twix and until this year Bounty.
Now, a limited run of “No Bounty” tubs will go on sale at 40 Tesco stores in the run-up to Christmas.

Emily Owen, Celebrations senior brand manager, said: “Christmas is the time for giving – but it seems this year, the British public are keen for us to take away Bounty.
“We’re trialling taking them out of the tub altogether.
“You don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone! And to those loyal, and secret, Bounty lovers out there, there’s still a chance they’ll make a return after the trial.”
