    She’s made a name for herself around the world with her successful activewear label P.E Nation.

    And on Thursday, Pip Edwards proved she was her brand’s best model as she posed in a matching grey checkered set of bike shorts and a crop top.

    In a picture posted to her Instagram, the 41-year-old is holding a plank position, both working her abs and perfectly showcasing her taut figure in the process.

    ‘Perfect place to hold plank,’ the blonde beauty captioned the photo, which was taken during a photoshoot for upcoming advertisement.

    This is not the first time Pip has proudly showed off her incredible body to her 175,000 Instagram followers.

    Last month, the businesswoman posted a picture of herself taking part in a relaxing Pilates exercise.

    At the time, she claimed the exercise, which involved her lying on her back with her weighted feet against a wall, helps to ‘restore balance’.

    ‘Restoring Balance #pilates #penation #metime,’ she wrote in the caption.

    Pip wore stylish activewear for her at-home Pilates session, including a black and pink crop top and tartan-inspired leggings.

    In the past, Pip has credited her ripped abs to a Pilates workout founded by Sydney-based instructor Kirsten King called Fluidform Pilates.

    The secret to P.E. Nation designer Pip Edwards' body is FluidForm Pilates in Sydney, where she used to visit as a studio and now completes their workouts from at home

    She has been a devotee of the Clovelly-based studio since it launched several years ago, and is currently practising solo classes conducted online from her home in the eastern suburbs.

    What do Pip’s Pilates workouts include?

    * Reformer Pilates moves on a machine

    * Barre work

    * Mat work with resistance bands

    * Swiss ball twists

    * Donkey kick backs with resistance bands

    * Squats with bands

    * Isometric holds on the mat

    Posting on Instagram, Pip shared how her three times weekly Pilates sessions are keeping her ‘sane (and sweaty) through this time’:

    ‘Trying to keep up my ISO Pilates routine,’ she wrote this week.

    ‘It’s been super challenging doing it solo from home, so to all of you out there, don’t be hard on yourself.’

    A typical Fluidform workout involves tiny movements and ‘isometric holds’ – where you hold your body in a halfway point of exercise for 45 seconds – in order to tone and hone the smaller muscles.

    ‘I’m a strong believer in consistent, regular movement. Moving your body for just 20 to 30 minutes each day is much more beneficial than working out for an hour once or twice a week,’ founder Kirsten previously told Daily Mail Australia of her workouts.

    ‘This is what I practice personally between juggling work and home – I’ve found that as long as I get 20 minutes a day in, I can keep my body in good condition and functioning well.’

    When it comes to her other fitness, diet and wellness secrets, Pip has revealed that she is a big fan of vegetarian foods.

    What is a typical day on Pip’s plate?

    BREAKFAST: Boiled eggs with tabasco sauce with a skim mocha.

    LUNCH: Soup or salad with coffee.

    AFTERNOON SNACKS: Trail mix or crackers with Vegemite and cottage cheese.

    DINNER: Chicken with vegetables or bolognese.

    POST DINNER: Liquourice tea, cashews with dates, yoghurt with cashews or Darrell Lea liquourice.

    ‘I’m all about a vegetarian diet, bordering on vegan,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.

    A typical ‘mid-week meal’ is roasted vegetables and salad with ‘some kind of soup’, while she also enjoys tacos when she’s being a bit more relaxed.

    Pip also previously told Women’s Health that she loves eggs despite being nearly vegan:

    ‘I always have eggs and tabasco in my handbag, I find it is the only quick thing I can snack on that is healthy and can also help to fill me up,’ she told the publication.

    A typical day on her plate is boiled eggs and tabasco sauce for breakfast with a skim mocha, before soup or salad with another coffee at lunchtime.

    ‘Trail mix in the afternoon and crackers with Vegemite and cottage cheese for a snack,’ she told Elle.

    Dinner is typically chicken with vegetables or bolognese or something else ‘hearty’.

    ‘If I snack into the night, it’s liquourice tea, cashews with dates, yoghurt with cashews or if I have a real sugar craving, I’ll tuck into a lot of Darrell Lea liquorice!’

    Pip also swears by acupuncture, weekly saunas and a swim a week at Bondi Icebergs when it is open.
