Pink splashes out $13.7M as she pays over asking price for Malibu villa once owned by Barry Manilow

Singer Pink is the proud new owner of an oceanfront villa in Malibu, California, that was once owned by Barry Manilow.

She had to win a bidding war to get it, though; according to Dirt.com she paid $13.7 million for the stylish property which was $200,000 over the seller’s asking price.

Manilow sold the home in 2012 for $5.5 million and it has since had two owners and undergone renovations.

The main residence is located behind a security gate and behind a two-car garage with guest accommodations above.

It’s accessed via staircases that lead down from the gate and the garage and sits overlooking the ocean.

The house offers four bedrooms and boasts stunning views along the coastline.
