At 5pm local time (9pm GMT), Tropical Storm Elsa hit a campground at a Navy base in southeast Georgia, Florida. Authorities said a possible tornado struck a park for recreational vehicles at Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base. About 10 people were injured and taken to hospital by ambulance, base spokesman Scott Bassett. The extent of their injuries is not immediately clear.
