Jordan Peele’s rebooted Twilight Zone series released photos on Wednesday from an upcoming season two episode that serves as a sequel to the classic 1962 episode To Serve Man.

Gretchen Mol, 47, stars in the sequel episode, You Might Also Like, as a housewife who has her own run-in with the sinister species.

The new episode ‘follows stay-at-home housewife Mrs. Warren (Gretchen Mol) as she looks forward to acquiring the widely marketed “Egg,” an enigmatic device that promises to make everything better for everyone forever.’

‘But further investigation soon reveals the unsavory truth about this mysterious product.’

The episode also features Greta Lee, best known for her multiple appearances on HBO’s High Maintenance.

The advance photos include images of the Kanamits, with their bulbous heads and ashy gray skin done up to resemble the original show’s black and white color palette.

The original episode featured the Kanamits landing on Earth and sharing their advanced technology, which quickly eliminated world hunger and ended the global arms race.

After the title of a book the aliens brought with them was translated as, ‘To Serve Man,’ humans let the guard down, assuming the creatures will only better their civilization.

But after humans are carried away to the Kanamits’ home planet, the book is further translated, revealing that it’s a cook book, and the alien’s have eliminated poverty on Earth to fatten up humans for the slaughter.

The episode has gone on to be one of the most famous of the original Twilight Zone episodes thanks to its shocking twist.
