NCIS Los Angeles is no stranger to giving fans a festive treat during its 14-season on CBS. From season six’s Humbug to season eight’s Tidings We Bring, the likes of G Callen (played by Chris O’Donnell), Sam Hanna (LL Cool J), Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and co often combine their crime-fighting with Christmas plans. However, season 14 will go without a festive episode.
The 14th season of NCIS LA is only two episodes in, with episode three, The Body Stitchers, set to air on Sunday, October 23.
Despite there still being a fair few months until the festive season, every year fans are keen to know if Christmas will grace the series.
But according to TVLine’s Matt Webb Mitovich, there are no such plans to see the likes of Deeks and Kensi (Daniela Ruah) celebrate the occasion.
In his latest column, Mitovich revealed: “There was no mention of the procedural in CBS’ recent blast about Christmastime fare, and I have since confirmed that, alas, its viewers won’t get one [a Christmas special] this year.”

And a sneak peek shows just how on edge their comeback has left Sam and the rest of the team.
“Four people, Deeks,” an anxious Sam says to his colleague at the boat house.
He goes on: “They lied right to my face. They killed these people, they dismembered the bodies and they sewed them together. And we had them!”
“Sometimes bad guys get away,” Deeks says, trying to calm his fellow agent but Sam is enraged: “This is different!”
Kilbride (Gerard McRaney) is also present and keen to learn more about the murderous group.
He urges Sam to quit “wallowing” in the fact he failed to arrest and encourages him to learn from his mistakes.
But will Sam and the team be able to put their historic connection to the case aside and finally track down the bad guys?
Or will passions run too high and see the Body Stitchers evade capture once again?
NCIS Los Angeles season 14 continues Sunday on CBS in the USA. A UK release date is yet to be announced.
