Mother shows off her epic panty filled with hundreds of decorations, ornaments and board games

An Australian woman has showed off her mother’s ‘Christmas pantry’ filled with hundreds of tiny Santas, baubles, streamers and plenty of board games to entertain the family on December 25.

The grandmother, who lives in Western Australia, has carefully organised all of her holiday gear into boxes and bookcases, with a neat stack of snow globes and Santa sacks in the doorway.

‘She has this cupboard built specifically for Christmas. This is not everything either, there are bits in other parts of the house and the garage too,’ her daughter wrote on Facebook.

Christmas crackers, nativity scenes and games like Mastermind and Monopoly were in clear view as her daughter shared images from inside the joyful cupboard

And naturally, a host of people were jealous of the display - or inspired to make their own

And naturally, a host of people were jealous of the display – or inspired to make their own.

‘Man when my kids move out I’m totally getting a Christmas cupboard! Love it,’ said one woman.

‘What a beautiful room to escape to, just needs a red velvet Santa chair. I would have my morning coffee in there and hide from the kiddies,’ said another.

A third added: ‘I need a good diet! I’m clearing my pantry out and making it a Christmas pantry’.

Her daughter has curated a similar space in her home, which she also posted to social media on October 11.

‘I’ve finally organised my Christmas cupboard! It’s my favourite room in my house. Still got some boxes to replace and organise better but I’ve just moved and had a baby so i’m happy with how it is now,’ she said.

It comes just weeks after eager Australians started putting up their Christmas paraphernalia, to forget what has been a ‘rollercoaster’ of a year.

On September 30 one woman wrote: ‘Well I posted on my page saying that I was getting a little excited for Christmas and after the crappy year we had I thought I’d start early, but so many “friends” proceeded to give me their unwanted opinions about how crazy I am’

‘First tree up and several rooms to go.’

Her green tree was tinged with white flecks and covered in matching white baubles, with a Nutcracker character, Santa Claus and reindeer statue beside it

A Queenslander took to social media to share her incredible living room filled with Christmas-related paraphernalia, saying that it took her a fortnight to put together

'The inside is finished! It has taken me two weeks to do but I'm so happy. I won't start the outside and back deck until December 1 so things don't fade in our Queensland heat,' she said on October 4

There has been an outpouring of excitement from those who believe September and early October is the perfect time to start preparing for the holiday season.

Others were inclined to leave the decorating until late November or December 1 and said they ‘couldn’t believe’ how early people were starting.
