The routine, which comes from the mother-of-two’s fitness plan, Body by Finch, involves six straightforward exercises such as squats, sit-ups and lunges.
The 2009 Miss Universe Australia performs the workout whenever she travels, fitting it in before flights and events to keep her abs toned and her legs lean.
Rachael – who lives in a $1.65million penthouse in central Sydney with husband Mike Miziner and their children, Violet, six, and Dominic, three – said each movement can be performed for 30 seconds or one minute, depending on fitness.

She starts with sumo squats, which involve sitting deep over bent knees with feet spread shoulder-width apart.

The former Miss Universe runner-up follows this with a round of sit-ups and spider climbers.

These require you to assume a push-up position with your body forming a straight line from your head to your heels.
With abs braced, bring your right foot to the outside of your right hand, allowing your hips to drop a few inches to the floor before pausing and returning your right foot to meet your left. Continue on alternate sides.
Rachael finishes the workout with backwards lunges and high knees to get her blood pumping.
