Fredrik Eklund was excited but nervous to meet his childhood hero Dolph Lundgren on Thursday’s episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Bravo.

The 44-year-old real estate broker said in a confessional that the ‘Rocky’ star came up to him at the gym three weeks ago and told him that he was selling his house.

Dolph, 63, invited him over to take a look and Fredrik said that he ‘accepted the challenge’.

Fredrik  called his brother Sigge back in Sweden when he was driving to his house to tell him the news that he was going to see the  ‘Drago’ house.

‘No! You’re kidding me, you’re kidding,’ his brother said, but Fredrik assured him he wasn’t lying about meeting their childhood hero.

‘Dolph Lundgren. He’s huge. I mean, ”He-Man”. Like ”Rocky IV”. I grew up in Sweden. I was a little boy, and I had posters of him. I wanted to be him,’ Fredrik said in a confessional.

When he got to the house, Dolph and his fiancé Emma were waiting.

Dolph told Fredrik that he bought the 5,230 square foot house two years ago for $3.9 million and was going to sell it because he had two projects in Europe, including ‘Aquaman 2’, and wanted to scale down in Los Angeles..

The home had a stone fireplace, salt water pool, home gym, four en-suite bedrooms, a movie theater and a roof deck with panoramic view.

‘Is it stressful to always have to be in shape,’ Fredrik asked him.

‘It’s a little stressful, but I’ve done it since before I was an actor. I was a fighter, I was a karate champion and did when I was a kid. So, I’ve always done it.’ Dolph said before he hit a punching bag and startled Fredrik.

Fredrik told him he thought the right price for the listing would be $3.995 million giving him a potential commission of $99,875.

Dolph said he agreed but wanted to know if he could get it done in 60 days, but Fredrik was worried about a telephone pole that blocked some of the lower views.

In a confessional, Fredrik said he didn’t want to disappoint his biggest childhood hero. He told Dolph it would be hard, but that he would do it.

‘I can do it,’ said Fredrik.

‘Remember what I always said ”If he lies, he dies”,’ Dolph told him face-to-face.

The episode titled ‘House of Drago’ began at realtor Josh Flagg’s house where he was holding a meeting with his team.

Josh, 36, said that he already had a full price offer for his seller Jeanne’s Macapa listing, a 2,500 square-foot home with a 1950’s vintage vibe, but that she had refused to sell it to a developer.

Jeanne was adamant that she did not want the Hollywood Hills house torn down. Josh said he needed his whole team to help because he only had two weeks left on his deal with Jeanne.

He told them to find a buyer who wanted to preserve the house. His team reminded him about his friend Zach, another agent, who often had clients interested in that vintage look. He called Zach and told him the house had ‘Brady Bunch’ vibes and Zach told him to send him photos.

Over in Hancock Park, James Harris, 37, and David Parnes, 39, went to see a house in the neighborhood’s Windsor Square. The house dubbed Windsor was a property owned by one of their recent buyers, a television producer named Kevin.

The house was built in 2014 and was more than 8,000 square feet. It had a home office, formal dining room, entertainers kitchen, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a 1,500 master suite with a boutique-style closet. The home also had a state of the art home theater and a lap pool.

Kevin purchased the house for $8.1 million but his liaison Hilary Shore told James and David that he wanted to sell the house for $10 million.

James said it was a good number and that it made a lot of sense. David said it was overpriced. They got the listing at $9,995,000, but David thought it would be a waste of time.

‘We should have both agreed,’ David told him after. ‘You are going to end up price reducing. We basically lied.’

In the Hollywood Hills, Josh wore an orange haz-mat suit to meet his friend Zach, a germaphobe, at Macapa. When Zach arrived and saw Josh in the suit he said ‘I cannot believe you are wearing this.’

‘What you don’t like the color?’ said Josh.

Zach told him his clients were ‘here for the land’ but that they might want to keep some of the cool stuff of the house.

Josh in a confessional said that the galley kitchen in this house was the style in the 1950’s.

‘Having the kitchen be the hub of the house that all came about in the 1990’s,’ said Zach. ‘If you were to take someone from the 50’s and transport them into the future they would literally think we were in ‘wacko ville.’ We are entertaining in our kitchens, this is used for cooking and cleaning dishes. Like what are you thinking?’

From the backyard of the house, Josh showed him there was a clear view of the Hollywood sign. Zach called his buyer in New York named Peter and showed him the house over FaceTime. Josh told them they needed to move fast if they wanted the house.

James and David began having showings of Windsor. One of the potential buyers was Tracey Cunningham, a hair stylist to the stars including Jennifer Lopez and Ellen DeGeneres, said David in a confessional.

One of the potential buyers said they saw a fixer next door that was half the price that was a better option for them. David tried to argue that this house was move-in ready. Tracey told him she had seen everything in Hancock park but that she thought it was over priced.

James showed up and David said there was a lot of pushbacks on price and that it was ‘almost laughable.’

‘Firstly I disagreed, it’s not laughable, we are not grossly overpriced,’ said James. ‘It takes one buyer.’

James said in a confessional that he was positive. David wished him good luck with his showing.

Josh and Zach met at Dan Tana’s restaurant in West Hollywood. Zach said his client’s wanted to put in a cash offer of $2.8 for the house in Hollywood Hills. He told them that his buyers had no interest in tearing down the house. Josh called his seller Jeanne who said she would do $3,250,000. Zach went back to his buyers who said they would pay $3 million.

‘I’m really not in love with the number,’ Jeanne told Josh.

Zach told Jeanne that his clients, two writers , wanted to maintain aspects of the house. She told them $3 million was good. Josh made a commission of $75,000. As a thank you, Josh gave Zach his used hazmat suit.

David and James called the seller’s representative Hilary for the Windsor house. David told her they had a flow of showings, but no offers because everyone thought it was overpriced.

Hilary told them that Kevin was expecting to sell the house for around $10 million. David asked if they could get some movement on price.

‘Absolutely not, David,’ Hilary told him. ‘Goodbye, go sell my house.’

Back in the Hollywood Hills, Fredrik started holding private showings of Dolph’s house.

No way: 'Absolutely not, David,' Hilary told him when he suggested lowering the price. 'Goodbye, go sell my house'

Jason, a film and TV producer, came to see the house. He said having a pool was very important but Dolph’s pool was more like a ‘spool,’ a half pool. Fredrik told him the pool was private and the full view was on the roof top deck.

Fredrik said in a confessional that ‘101 for selling’ was to take something that was negative and turn it into something positive.

He tried to stand in front of the telephone pole to block it from Jason, but he eventually saw it. He said in a confessional that houses in this area could go for $5 million if they had a perfect view and that was why he priced this home at $4 million.

Jason told Fredrik that the telephone pole was a deal breaker.

In the end, Josh and David went to Hilary’s house to present two offers. David told her that he told her that he took matters into his own hand and told buyers that the seller was flexible in price. He said he got her a $8.8 million offer and a $8.9 million starting offer from another couple. Hilary said she wanted them to counter at $9.8.

James said $9,650,00 would be more realistic. Hilary told him that was very disappointing. Dave contacted the buyers and they came up with $9,250,00. He told her it was a great counter. He asked her what Kevin’s best and final offer was and she said it was $9.5 million. The buyers then came up to $9,450,000.

Kevin responded that they had a deal and James and David made a commission of $236,250.
