Megan showed off her curves in the intimate video as she told her fans: ‘Stay tuned to see the results!’

The reality star made sure her pert posterior was easily accessible for the minor procedure as she flaunted her figure in a black thong body suit.

Her aesthetics doctor Dr Ducu can be heard telling Megan to ‘tense your muscle… and relax’ as he wipes her cheek with a steralising wipe before injecting her.

The doctor then warned Megan ‘sharp scratch!’ as he plunged the needle into her bottom.

The minor procedure comes after Megan claimed earlier this summer that surgery hadn’t helped her love herself.

The Love Island star said that as a teenager she decided to have her ears pinned back after being cruelly bullied about her looks, but went onto tell her fans she’s since realised you ‘can’t please everyone.’

Megan, who has openly spoken about her history with lip and facial fillers, urged her fans to think hard about whether they are having surgery for the right reasons, adding it ‘didn’t help her to love herself.’

Speaking to The Sun, Megan explained she first had her ears pinned back when she was 17 years old in the hope it would boost her confidence and help her to overcome her insecurities.

But in reality, the star said it led her to have more procedures, including lip fillers, rhinoplasty and a breast enlargement.

She said: ‘The surgery helped me diminish the obsessive nature of my insecurities, but while it made me feel happier when looking in the mirror, that’s just surface level.

‘It didn’t help me to love myself, that came from growing up and having a strong circle of empowered women around me.’

Megan went onto admit that late last year she decided to have her lip fillers dissolved and the clips in her ears removed, and has since embraced her appearance.

The reality star urged her fans to think long and hard about undergoing any surgical procedures, insisting it won’t be a quick fix for anyone struggling with insecurities.

She added: ‘Surgery is not something that can make you love yourself. You can’t please everyone, so it must be done for you and you only.’
