Martha Kalifatidis has a diva moment at Australian Fashion Week day 2

She’s no Mariah Carey, but that didn’t stop Martha Kalifatidis from having a diva moment on day two of Australian Fashion Week in Sydney on Tuesday.

The Married At First Sight bride, 33, raised eyebrows among the celebrity guests at Carriageworks when she snubbed a reporter who politely asked her for an interview.

Martha flipped the bird at the journalist and accused them of writing ‘mean stories’ about her, before rolling her eyes at event photographers.

While Martha’s coverage in the media isn’t always positive, most people would agree she’s done fairly well for herself in the two years since starring on MAFS.

The attention she has received on news websites such as Daily Mail Australia has no doubt helped her become one of the country’s most in-demand influencers.

After losing her temper with the young reporter, the reality star rolled her eyes at photographers and huffed when asked to pose for pictures. 

She also showed up just five minutes before the runway show began – even though guests were required to arrive at least 30 minutes early.

Meanwhile, the self-proclaimed ‘Kmart Kardashian’ suffered a rather unfortunate wardrobe fail while attending Tuesday’s fashion showcase. 

Looking very busty in an oversized shirt and matching skirt co-ord, she almost spilled out of her top while posing for photos.

However, the Celebrity Apprentice star didn’t seem bothered by her fashion mishap as she mingled with other A-list arrivals.

Martha’s eyebrow-raising display comes two years after her infamous ‘elbowgate’ saga, which began at the Logies Awards on June 30, 2019. 

The morning after the ceremony, Sunrise host David ‘Kochie’ Koch accused Martha of elbowing him in the ribs and being ‘pushy’ while trying to get to the media wall.

She strongly denied any wrongdoing, but did acknowledge she may have accidentally bumped into someone.
