Malin, who often discusses her past trauma and healing journey to social media, penned a lengthy caption on Instagram where she described achieving ‘self-discovery’ through emotional pain.
She typed: ‘INNER-CHILD HEALING. Liberated. Restored. Renewed. Rebirth. Ego Death.
‘There’s something liberating about going through dark experiences.. I can’t quite describe it – because at the time of trauma happening you are amongst all the pain. You can’t see a way out and it hurts so much.

You’re in a heavy cloud, and all you want is for the pain and heartache to disappear and go away. But actually – once you’re out of it, your soul ascends and you feel strength like you never have before. That’s the aim right? To come out stronger.’
She continued: ‘The past few months have been a bit crazy for me, I’ve been on a whole other level of self-discovery.. I’ve had any type of healing you could ask for. Crystal, reiki, inner child, hypnotherapy, deep meditations.. the lot.
‘It’s like I’ve been searching for more answers to my existence and past. I’ve got a lot of wounds that I’ve buried from my childhood, good and bad – that definitely have needed healing.
‘I’ve gone back to my roots, childhood home.. I’ve had random visions of me as a kid playing around in the garden watering the plants with my mum. Things that I don’t wanna think about as it brings me pain to know that all I really have now is me.’

Malin continued by encouraging her followers to explore healing through past trauma.
She added: ‘But let me tell you guys something, when we dig out the past to heal properly.. you unveil a mightier, more powerful you. You lift the lid on past pain so you can then deal with it.. and you evolve on so many more levels; no matter how difficult it is.
‘By doing the shadow-work (endless amount of healing from my child-hood) I have been able to unlock an even better version of myself. I’ve been able to get answers for why I am a certain way, or why I do certain things.
‘It’s all been like a bit of a jigsaw puzzle for me. It’s a scary thought delving back in time – but I promise you that things we suppress come out when we are adults. We act and do certain things because of something in our past.
‘I hope this post inspires someone at least to do the inner-work that is required to make you the best YOU. Don’t be scared.’
‘You are worthy of freeing yourself of any pain the past has a hold of’: Malin encouraged her followers to explore healing through past trauma

It comes after her former partner Tom Kemp, 28, was jailed for 10 months for an assault that left her ‘black and blue.’
Her ex was imprisoned last September after he admitted to assaulting the reality star, which left her with a broken her hand.
Tom was released in December after three months and will serve the rest of his term on Home Detention Curfew.
Tom was the father of Malin’s baby girl Consy, who tragically died with a heart defect in January 2019, just one month after being delivered at 33 weeks.
Malin met Tom in late 2017, shortly after she lost her mum, also named Consy, to breast cancer.
She’s since had time to reflect on her relationship with Tom and says they formed a ‘trauma bond’ amid her grief and depression at the loss of her mum.
In June 2020, Malin spoke about the abuse and emotional torment she suffered while being in the on/off relationship during 2018.

She said: ‘It started with things being thrown in my face out of anger – food, bottles of water, whatever was in his hand, all out of anger.
‘He switched from zero to 100 within seconds. Once they think they can do that to you, it escalates.’
In the same month, Malin posted a lengthy Instagram post, captioned: ‘The third and final lot, I am NOT a victim anymore.’
Calling their romance ‘toxic and unhealthy’, she said ‘it has been an ongoing battle to emotionally let go as dealing with the grief from both my mum and daughter I’ve had him as my comforter.’
Trauma: Her ex, 28, was imprisoned last September after he admitted to assaulting the reality star, which left her with a broken her hand
Accusing Kemp of emotional and physical abuse she said: ‘Including being spat at, hit, pushed, kicked, scratched, spoken down to, controlled, manipulated, cheated and so much more I experienced the worst pain yet to come last night.’
Malin then claimed she had received a phone call from a woman asking why the star had been texting her ‘boyfriend.’
She wrote: ‘After a calm and collected call with her we had finally came to the confirmation they have been speaking since January (when our daughter was in intensive care).’
‘While I’ve been focusing on my mental health I’ve been receiving multiple emails, calls, texts from one extreme to the other (I’m a bad mum, my mum hates me I’m going to hell to the extreme of I love you I can’t be without you etc.
Horrifying: Malin has previously shared graphic images of the bruising she suffered on her social media because she hopes to encourage others in abusive relationships to seek help
‘This ladies is a fine example of a narcissistic man.
‘I will NOT be another victim to domestic violence, I will not be beaten mentally or physically when I’ve fought through so much worse than this.’
Adding that she was ‘exhausted, heartbroken and confused’ she urged her followers to ‘listen to your gut and learn to love yourself.’
