Malin had earlier explained that she was out of quarantine following her St.Lucia jaunt as of midnight and shared a series of pictures posing up a storm in a mirror before heading to the spa.
St. Lucia is currently on the UK government’s Amber List, meaning people retuning from the county must quarantine and take 2 Covid tests.
The tests should be taken on or before day 2 and on or after day 8. Travellers may be able to end quarantine early if they pay for a private COVID-19 test through the Test to Release scheme, according to the Government’s website.
The reality star also detailed how she’s set to jet abroad again next week, although didn’t mention where she’s heading so it’s not know if her plans have been affected by any changed travel restrictions.

She typed: ‘INNER-CHILD HEALING. Liberated. Restored. Renewed. Rebirth. Ego Death.
‘There’s something liberating about going through dark experiences.. I can’t quite describe it – because at the time of trauma happening you are amongst all the pain. You can’t see a way out and it hurts so much.’
‘I’ve gone back to my roots, childhood home.. I’ve had random visions of me as a kid playing around in the garden watering the plants with my mum. Things that I don’t wanna think about as it brings me pain to know that all I really have now is me.’
Malin continued by encouraging her followers to explore healing through past trauma.
She added: ‘But let me tell you guys something, when we dig out the past to heal properly.. you unveil a mightier, more powerful you.

‘You lift the lid on past pain so you can then deal with it.. and you evolve on so many more levels; no matter how difficult it is.
‘By doing the shadow-work (endless amount of healing from my child-hood) I have been able to unlock an even better version of myself. I’ve been able to get answers for why I am a certain way, or why I do certain things.
‘It’s all been like a bit of a jigsaw puzzle for me. It’s a scary thought delving back in time – but I promise you that things we suppress come out when we are adults. We act and do certain things because of something in our past.
‘I hope this post inspires someone at least to do the inner-work that is required to make you the best YOU. Don’t be scared.’

It comes after her former partner Tom Kemp, 28, was jailed for 10 months for an assault that left her ‘black and blue.’
Her ex was imprisoned last September after he admitted to assaulting the reality star, which left her with a broken her hand. Tom was released in December after three months and will serve the rest of his term on Home Detention Curfew.
Tom was the father of Malin’s baby girl Consy, who tragically died with a heart defect in January 2019, just one month after being delivered at 33 weeks.
Malin met Tom in late 2017, shortly after she lost her mum, also named Consy, to breast cancer.

She’s since had time to reflect on her relationship with Tom and says they formed a ‘trauma bond’ amid her grief and depression at the loss of her mum.
In June 2020, Malin spoke about the abuse and emotional torment she suffered while being in the on/off relationship during 2018.
She said: ‘It started with things being thrown in my face out of anger – food, bottles of water, whatever was in his hand, all out of anger. He switched from zero to 100 within seconds. Once they think they can do that to you, it escalates.’
