Malin looked amazing in the mirror snap as she sat crossed legged on the floor in her sizzling lace underwear.

The reality star happily showcased her slimmed down stomach, arms and legs as she modelled the sexy two-piece for the snap.

The beauty appeared to go make-up free for the photo, while she piled her brunette tresses into a high top knot.

Captioning the post, Malin once again reiterated her reasons for losing weight, after first outlining her plans in July.

She wrote: ‘Hi Everyone. I just wanna respond to a few messages in this post instead of replying individually. Yes – I have lost weight.

‘Remember when I said I wanted to lose a stone a few months ago? Well here it is. Remember my reasons for it? Because I was sluggish and feeling lethargic and lazy.’

Detailing how she feels after getting in better shape, she continued: ‘I’m now full of life and have so much energy. The weight was just a result of me making better choices for my health. Exercising and eating well.

‘I’m still ‘body positive’ because I embrace every part of me – no matter what size or weight.

‘I’m here to tell you that happiness is an inside job and not a result from how you look like. I encourage you all to be you and not like anyone else.’

In July the star vowed to lose a stone but insisted the choice is about health and not her appearance.

Malin took to Instagram and posed in her underwear, and revealed that she had been feeling lethargic due to the weight she had gained during lockdown.

The Refuge charity ambassador has spoken openly about her about six year eating disorder and has spent years campaigning for people to accept their imperfections.

While the decision to slim down may have appeared to contradict Malin’s body-positive message, the influencer explained that her belief in self-acceptance regardless of shape or size remains as strong as ever.

Malin wrote a detailed post explaining that not working out and giving up meat and fish had left her feeling lethargic, bloated and less healthy.

The former makeup artist wrote: ‘Ok so I woke up this morning and felt lazy and a bit lethargic. So I weighed myself.

‘I haven’t weighed myself for a good few months as it’s not something I do anymore.I have gained a stone. I want to explain to you guys why I want to lose that one stone.’

The columnist shared that she had decided to combat her low energy levels by switching up her diet, reintroducing seafood and upping her workout routine.

Malin continued: ‘For those of you that follow me you’ll know I gave up meat around a year ago, fish a few months ago. Only recently I have woken up tired, very hard to get out of bed (usually a 5am gal).. and struggling with energy throughout the day even though I’ve been taking correct supplements.

‘For me body positivity includes HEALTH. I have always advocated for good health and well-being, it all ties together with mental health.’

Malin, who has bravely discussed her battles with binge eating and alcohol dependency explained that for her, changing her diet is all about being fit and strong.

‘The influencer wrote: ‘So the reason behind this post, as I’m always open with ya’ll – is that I want to lose a stone. For my HEALTH!

‘Heath is wealth. Health is great mental-wellbeing. Health enables me to live as long as possible.’

Malin finished her candid post  by writing: ‘I advocate for body positivity – but that to me is an all rounder – it’s about me showing you that imperfections are actually perfect and normal whatever shape and size. It has nothing to do with weight.

‘Perhaps I’ve inspired someone to do the same today. Not to necessarily weigh them selves as this used to trigger me (it doesn’t anymore – but to check-in with their health.’
