    She’s the former Married At First Sight star who announced her engagement to businessman Gary Green last month.

    And on Wednesday, Natasha Spencer cosied up to her fiancé as they participated in the Mark Hughes Foundation’s Big Three charity walk to raise funds for brain cancer.

    The reality star, 28, shared a passionate kiss with her beau as she showed off her five-carat diamond ring during the 150km walk.
