Love Island fans have pointed out the double standards of Hugo Hammond after he said he ‘can’t imagine’ taking Sharon Gaffka home to his family.
Several viewers took to Twitter after Wednesday’s episode to question the 24-year-old P.E. teacher’s bold statement about the girl he’s coupled up with.
Many shared their shock that he felt this way despite the fact that it was revealed he once had sex in the middle of a road during a tell-all game on Tuesday night.

Hugo said in a conversation with some of the boys: ‘I can’t imagine bringing her home to the family and for me, that’s it, I can’t get past that.’
He also admitted that there was a ‘clash of personalities’ between the couple when asked why the door has been closed between them.
The hunk continued to detail his qualms in the Beach Hut, admitting that there was ‘no romance there’ when referring to his partnership with the civil servant, 25.
However, viewers have been quick to point out the double standards, with one person saying: ‘He should be so lucky.’

Again pointing out the double standard, a different fan penned: ‘Did Hugo really say he couldn’t bring home Sharon home to his Parents when he’s out here sexin pon road like a Fox?’

Hugo told Shannon that he was ‘too busy’ to talk to her despite having nothing to do all day in the villa.
Some fans of the show pointed out this remark was rather entertaining, with one amused viewer penning: ‘“There hasn’t been the time” Hugo is chatting like he’s had break duty and marking to do…’

It was recently revealed that Hugo will not be invited back to teach at Blundell’s School when he leaves the villa.
And it has now been confirmed that the star won’t be returning to his place of employment, as he was only on a ‘very short placement’.
According to Blundell’s, his teaching contract has not been renewed since he completed his placement during training last Spring.
It’s unclear whether Hugo knows he will not return to the prestigious school in Devon when he leaves the villa in a matter of weeks.

Elsewhere in Wednesday’s episode, Shannon Singh, 22, departed the reality show after only two days.
The Only Fans star said she was ‘gutted’ to be packing her bags after quarantining for two weeks before going into the villa, and said she would be up for returning.
After her shock exit – which left the Islanders reeling – viewers pleaded with show bosses to have Shannon come back to the show in spin-off villa Casa Amor.
Two more hunks – Chuggs and Liam – will arrive on Thursday’s show to shake up the villa and try to catch the girls’ eyes.
