NOEL Gallagher’s celebrity feuds are never-ending, with the outspoken musician now taking aim as Lewis Capaldi.
To say the former Oasis star is not a fan of the Scotsman is an understatement. Here is everything you need to know about their spat?
A timeline of Noel Gallagher and Lewis Capaldi?
During an interview with Gordon Smart in June, Noel gave an unenthusiastic account about modern music.
When Gordon mentioned Lewis Capaldi in an attempt to counter the singer’s argument about young artists, Noel asked “Who’s this Capaldi fella?”, before branding the Scottish singer an “idiot”.
In reference to Noel, Lewis claimed he had “peaked”, a comment which many of his fans found humourous.
He said: “That’s me, I’ve peaked, slagged aff by Noel Gallagher. It’s me. What a day.” (sic)
In a video shared on Father’s Day via Snapchat, he added: “It’s Father’s Day and I’m being slagged aff by a man who’s old enough to be my da. And I’ve never been more happy. Happy Father’s Day Noel.” (sic)

Continuing their social media feud, Noel uploaded a clip of his son pretending to sob as he sang the Whitburn singer-songwriter’s track Someone You Loved.
He captioned the short video: “@LewisCapaldi you big daftie. You might wanna try and find some joy in your tunes you’re destroying the youth… my 11yr old is in bits.”(sic)

While Noel’s 11-year-old son appeared to side with him, his daughter Anais seemingly back Lewis.
In a tweet like more than 28,000 times, she wrote: “I want to be @LewisCapaldi when I grow up.”

At the annual music festival, the Lewis took to the stage in a T-shirt emblazoned with Noel’s face on it.
He later posed for pictures with the father-of-three’s sibling rival, Liam, which seemed to infuriated the ‘90s legend.
Lewis led a singalong to Oasis’ ‘Don’t Look Back in Anger’ at the Barn On The Farm Festival, the artist dedicated to “my dad Noel Gallagher”.

Speaking to Variety, Noel called the Scottish star a “Chewbacca” and mocked his music career.
“F*****g Chewbacca should enjoy his 15 minutes. The greatest day of his life that I slagged him off or called him an idiot,” he said.
He then launched into a foul-mouthed rant about the musician’s hometown – Scotland.
“It’s the greatest day of his fucking life so far. He’s just thinking, ‘Wow!’ Well, I know you’re Scottish and all that, but fucking hell! It is like a third world country, but for fuck‘s sake, man, you must have had a better day than this. Surely!”

A day after Noel’s “Chewbacca” remark Lewis changed his profile picture to an image of his face superimposed on the Star Wars character.
Sharing the shot on Twitter, he simply captioned the photography: “#NewProfilePic”.
Elsewhere, Liam leapt to the defense of the young artist, tweeting that he “adored” Scotland.
