She is back as hopeless romantic Charlotte York in the upcoming HBO Max revival of Sex And The City, And Just Like That.  

And Kristin Davis was transformed into the fan favorite character as she filmed scenes for the long-awaited reboot in New York on Sunday.

The actress, 56, looked every inch her preppy character in a billowing white top, blue polka dot skirt, and yellow belt cinching into her trim waist.

Kristin worked a head full of loose waves that framed her beautifully done-up complexion, touched up with a hint of blush and eye makeup.

She accessorized the look with a double heart charm necklace, gold watch, and beautiful bird print purse.

Giving her 5ft6in stature a slight boost were her glossy mustard yellow high heels.

While none of her iconic girlfriends were in sight, she was joined by her furry best friend – a loyal bulldog who sat dutifully at her feet.

Surrounded by her masked-up crew, Kristin looked relaxed as she enjoyed a momentary break from character.

Running from 1998 to 2004, Sex And The City was an immensely popular series focusing on the love and sex lives of four 30-something New York City women.

The show went on to spawn two big-budget feature films and has been in syndication on various platforms for the last 15 years.

The new series promises to provide an update on three of the characters from that posse, now that they are in their mid-50s and navigating their relationships, families and careers.

Absent from the proceedings, sadly, is Kim Cattrall, the actress who played promiscuous PR agent Samantha Jones.

Cattrall, 64, made it clear that she had no intention of coming back to any new iteration of the franchise, after a highly publicized and long-standing feud between herself and Sarah Jessica.

Nonetheless, And Just Like That… promises to delight fans everywhere who are craving more time with this particular group of girlfriends.
