Joe Jonas and wife Sophie Turner enjoyed the New York City life with their daughter Willa after selling off their Encino mansion for $15.2 million.

The couple took turns pushing their one-year-old daughter in her stroller as they took a walk by the Hudson River.

The outing comes as the couple closed the chapter to their lavish Encino mansion, which was sold off for $15.2 million, according to TMZ.

It was reported that the couple had listed their home for $16.75 million back in June by the Wall Street Journal.

Joe and Sophie paid $14.1 million for the residence in the exclusive Royal Oaks neighborhood of Encino.

Described as a contemporary masterpiece, the home offers 15,000-square-feet of living space and is situated on an acre of land.

In addition to the nine bedrooms, there are 11 bathrooms and plenty of luxury touches.

Joe and Sophie tied the knot in a Las Vegas wedding on May 1 2019. They exchanged vows for a second time in France the following June.

In July last year, the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter Willa.
