Jesinta Franklin takes matters into her own hands and cuts her brunette locks during Sydney lockdown
Like many others in lockdown, Jesinta Franklin has had to go without her usual salon treatments.
But the model took matters into her own hands, sharing a video to Instagram on Sunday of herself cutting her glossy brown hair at her Sydney home.
The 29-year-old, who is now in hotel quarantine in Queensland after arriving at the AFL quarantine hub with her husband, Buddy ‘Lance’ Franklin, on Thursday, impressed her regular hairdresser Diane Gorievski from Bondi’s Koda Cutters.

Jesinta posted a video of a FaceTime call between herself and hairstylist Diane.
‘Oh my God, this is major. Wow, you are doing so well,’ Diane said as Jesinta pulled a section of hair forward in front of her face and trimmed away.
‘That’s it, yes,’ Diane continued, as Jesinta trimmed a layered section at the front.

With her layers perfectly trimmed, the mother-of-two learned a ‘game changing’ tip from Diane as to how to achieve the perfect tousled waves with a hair straightener.
Teasing the full video, to be released later on Sunday on Koda Cutters’ Instagram page, Jesinta captioned the post: ‘Before we came into quarantine I got a hair cut…. via FaceTime with @dianegorgievski.

Jesinta arrived in the Sunshine State on Thursday with her children, daughter Tullulah, one, and son Rocky, four months, who she shares with footy star Buddy, 34.
Sydney Swans forward Buddy had already spent four weeks away from the family.
A number of AFL teams are currently in the Sunshine State at the covid-safe AFL bubble to ensure they can keep the game going amid the coronavirus pandemic.
