JEREMY Corbyn has yet to lodge a complaint with the BBC over the damning race hate Panorama programme – ten days after it was broadcast.

Labour vowed to go to war with the Beeb’s director general Lord Hall saying the show on anti-Semitism was designed to mislead the public.

Mr Corbyn said there was “many, many inaccuracies” and investigative reporter host John Ware was biased and had a “hostility” towards Mr Corbyn and his politics.

They also want the programme taken off the iPlayer service and are demanding a full apology but they have yet to formally contact the corporation.

It follows 64 Labour peers accusing the party leader of having “failed the test of leadership” in dealing with the crisis.

Deputy leader Tom Watson is calling for an independent complaints system to be established complete with automatic expulsions for abuse.

Several ex-staff blew the whistle on claims of interference from the leader’s closest aides into the party’s complaints procedure.

Former staff revealed how they had been called a “dirty Zionist” and a “Nazi” by members.

A BBC source said no formal complaint had been made or an official request to take it off the iPlayer.

But they added they’ve “read all about it in the papers”.

Film director Ken Loach believes the BBC Panorama was a “dishonest hatchet job” hitting out at breaking its own code.

In a motion to his local Labour party in Bath, he said the “allegations were made without evidence or corroboration and were unchallenged by the interviewer”.

He is demanding the BBC make another documentary on whether the Labour Party is anti-Semitic by “rigorously” following the evidence.
