Her long locks were swept into a high ponytail as she smiled widely for the camera. Hudson’s closest family members and friends were in attendance at the event which also featured a three-foot-tall custom cake in her favorite shade of sterling silver rose.

Jennifer was involved in the creation of the effigy, which was completed in the wax museum’s standard six month time period. The wax work was clad in the green Galvan Vera velvet gown that the superstar donned when she performed at the AFI Lifetime Achievement awards honoring  Denzel Washington.

The figurine was also sporting silver embellished Christian Louboutin pumps that were donated by the Spotlight singer.

The wax work was posed with one hand on her hip and the other hand raised in a wave. The press release stated that Hudson personally chose a pose that would be warm and welcoming to guests. Fans of the hitmaker can now visit her wax work in its new home at the famed tourist attraction.
