    While taking diluted pre-workout is the done thing, TikTokers have sparked a trend of taking pre-workout dry in one scoop.

    TikToker @briannakaylynn said: “It has come to my attention that most people don’t know how to dry the scoop, so I’m going to teach you how to do it without making a mess.

    “Fill up the scoop, tilt your head not all the way back but a little bit forward so you can still see the scooper.”

    She then demonstrates that you should also put your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

    She said this hack stops the powder from going back into your throat and making you choke and spit the powder out.

    “Second most importantly, you’re going to tap the scoop on your teeth to make sure you get all of the powder out.”

    Then, drink your water and swallow the powder and water.
