Speaking to HELLO! about their move to the British capital, the twins said they plan to “embrace all that London has to offer”.

Lady Eliza told the magazine: “Sadly we were very young when she passed away, we were only five.

“Of course, I would have loved to have been able to spend more time with her.

“I do have some special memories of her.

“I can’t explain why, but they’ve stuck very clearly in my mind.”

Lady Amelia is soon to be married to long time boyfriend, Greg Mallett, who announced the move to London last month on Instagram.

Quickly following in her twin sister’s footsteps, Lady Eliza, also decided to move.

Lady Amelia, who will live just 20 minutes away from her sister, said: “It feels very exciting to finally have made the move.

“It’s true what they say, there’s such a unique bond between twins.

“Wherever we go, our sibling bond is unbreakable. The future is bright and this is only the beginning.”

The comments come just weeks after a statue honouring Princess Diana’s life and legacy was unveiled at Kensington Palace on what would have been her 60th birthday.
