    How to depuff the eyes:

Dr Munir offered a disclaimer: “If you’ve had filler in this area in the last six weeks, it’s not a good idea – skip this exercise.

“The exercise is good for people who have a ‘bag’ under their eyes, and puffiness in that area, and it’s also for people who want to tighten the under-eye skin.”

    1. Feel under your eyes, you should be able to feel bone. If you go closer toward the eye, you can feel a cavity – you don’t want to be anywhere near there, you want to be below this, on the cheek area. You can double check you fingers are in the right position by pressing down and if you close your eyes tightly, you can feel your fingers stay in position and don’t fall into the cavity.

    2. Place three fingers onto the cheek bone area under the eye, press firmly down and close your eyes really tight, and hold for 10 seconds.

    3. If you can’t hold for 10 seconds, Dr Munir recommends just using the three fingers and doing it ten times – closing and opening your eyes 10 times.
