Meghan Markle hired a fact-checker for her Spotify podcast Archetypes, a report has revealed. American writer Nicole Pasulka has reportedly been hired to work in the role.
Writing on the about page on her website, Ms Pasulka said: “I write about criminal justice, activism, race, music, business, queer culture, and gender for Harper’s, NPR, The Believer, Mother Jones, New York, Vice, Hazlitt, and BuzzFeed.”
Ms Pasulka also published her book about Brooklyn’s drag scene ‘How You Get Famous’ in June.
The book is said to be a “deep dive into New York city’s underground drag scene”.
The book received plaudits as an “engaging book that will appeal to scholars of gender as well as anyone with an interest in queer culture”.

The Daily Mail’s Richard Eden revealed: “Meghan hasn’t chosen a run-of-the-mill recruit but a young and highly talented American writer, Nicole Pasulka, whose interests closely mirror her own.”
Mr Eden also claimed there is currently “no suggestion” that Ms Pasulka’s role will extend beyond the podcast.
The Duchess of Sussex’s podcast returns later today, having been suspended immediately after the Queen’s death.
Meghan and her husband Prince Harry played key roles following Her Majesty’s passing on September 8.
In the most recent episode, which was uploaded just days before the Queen’s death, Meghan spoke to US Office star Mindy Kaling.
