    Henry Golding was dashing as ever while posing up a storm at an event in front of New York’s Plaza Hotel recently.

    The 34-year-old film star went for a 1960s chic combo of a royal purple turtleneck and a black suit, complete with a purple pocket square.

    He was there for the launch of the Experience The Grandest Of Feelings brand campaign by Fairmont which operates the Plaza.

    Henry stood for the photographers with Fairmont Hotels global vice president Mansi Vagt and Instagram poet Cleo Wade.

    Cleo, who is now the Fairmont brand’s ‘poet-in-residence,’ cut a summery figure in a bright red and gold floral frock with flowery blue cuffs.

    Martel B. Francois, a lifestyle consultant who is now brand ambassador for Zegna, stood for the cameras on the arm of his wife Sydni.

    He revealed on his Instagram page after the event that Cleo had given a reading of one of her poems during the evening’s festivities. 

    Henry shot to stardom in the international smash hit movie Crazy Rich Asians but suffered a box office flop this summer with Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins.

    The screenplay was by Evan Spiliotopoulos who co-wrote the 2017 live-action Disney remake of its 1991 animated classic Beauty And The Beast.

    Meanwhile, the director is Robert Schwentke who helmed the 2010 action comedy Red starring Bruce Willis and Helen Mirren.

    His next movies include an adaptation of Jane Austen’s Persuasion in which he will star alongside Dakota Johnson, Suki Waterhouse and Richard E. Grant.

    Henry will also appear amid a cast that includes Sam Neill and Noomi Rapace in the forthcoming film Assassin Club.
