Gregg’s often updates and changes its menu, adding new items to its baked goods and lunchtime ranges. This week the British favourite has launched nine new savoury products.

The new pasta pots are a combination of meat and plant-based flavours.

They are the Tuna Crunch Pasta, the Chicken and Bacon Pasta, and the Feta and Tomato Pasta.

The new sandwiches and wraps can be bought as part of Gregg’s lunchtime deals, which means that customers can get any cold sandwich and a regular hot or cold drink for only £3.35.

Or there is an option to buy any sandwich and a large hot or cold drink for £3.65.

Some customers had already tried the new product and had enjoyed it.

One person commented: “Tried it. Really liked it. Ty Greggs.”

Another said: “I’m not a vegan, but I thought I would give this a try. It’s really nice!”

However, others complained that the sandwich was missing something green.

One person said: “It’s really nice but could we have some lettuce, onions, cucumber etc. on it.”

Another customer added: “Really disappointing. I had it warmed, it’s super salty and is so basic! It needs some sauce and salad.”

Someone else agreed. They said: “Tried this and it was nice enough but definitely definitely needed some salad maybe some tomatoes.”
