Louise Johnson, 48, spoke out about the pigeon problem. She claimed she is unable to use her garden for leisure or drying clothes because of the poo and feathers constantly left by the around 50 pigeons which live on her roof.
Ms Johnson suffers with multiple health conditions and is undergoing chemotherapy.
She first flagged her situation with the flock of pigeons in April – and the situation has continued in the months since.
The 48-year-old said she is concerned about the effect the pigeons are having on her health.
She said: “My body can’t take it, it’s absolutely disgraceful.”
Speaking to Hull Live, Ms Johnson said she has raised the years-long issue with the council but nothing has been done.
She told the outlet: “I don’t like living like this. I should be entitled to my garden for me and my daughter, and her friends, and my grandson and that.
“But it’s out of bounds, it’s disgusting.”
Ms Johnson also shared the council have said “it will be getting done, but they don’t know when they will get it done”.

She said the council’s response is “not good enough” and claimed attempting contact with the council about the problem was “like talking to a brick wall”.
Ms Johnson has considered moving, but added: “I’ve been here 11 years, why should I?”
Ms Johnson told Hull Live in April she blamed the installation of solar panels on the roof for the continued pigeon problems.

A Hull City Council spokesman said back in April: “The solar panels were installed in 2012. In 2019, netting was fitted to the panels to prevent birds nesting under them – this netting can be seen in the video.
“Solar panels offer fantastic benefits for tenants, significantly reducing their energy bills. Solar panels also benefit the environment by providing clean energy.
“We will be sending a surveyor to the property to further investigate the issue.”
Ms Johnson also said it “was correct” netting was installed in 2019, but “the pigeons got underneath and so they lived there again”.
She also said she had not had a surveyor visit the property since April.
