    Fox Footy reporter Sarah Jones pelted with seagull droppings as birds wreak havoc during match between Western Bulldogs and North Melbourne

    Sarah Jones fell afoul of some errant birds during an AFL match on Sunday. 

    The Fox Footy presenter was covering the game between the Western Bulldogs and North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne when she was pelted with poop. 

    In footage shared by the network, the reporter looked less than impressed as she revealed a white splotch of droppings on her pink coat.

    ‘Yes, I have copped it from a seagull,’ she admitted as the camera zoomed in on the stain. 

    Sarah added that the damage had been done to one of her most beloved garments. 

    ‘This is seagull poop on my favourite jacket,’ the blonde journalist said to camera, frowning.

    She went on to explain that the roof of the stadium is not usually open and it appeared to have attracted the animals. 

    ‘I think they’re enjoying the roof being open, obviously quite unusual at Marvel Stadium,’ Sarah said.  

    ‘It’s supposed to good luck, isn’t it?’ she mused, trying to see the upside to the situation.
