Eva complemented her edgy ensemble by stepping out in a pair of black skinny jeans and wellington boots despite the hot weather.

Her raven tresses were brushed into a loose, tousled style that fell over her shoulders, and she wore a light palette of make-up for the shoot.

It is not clear what Eva is filming, but it is believed to be an as-yet-unannounced show for Apple TV+.

MailOnline has contacted Eva’s representatives and Apple TV spokespeople for further comment.

Eva currently has three films in pre-production, including a two-part French adaptation of The Three Musketeers which she is set to star in alongside Vincent Cassel and Romain Duris.

She is also listed to be in pre-production stages for A Patriot, a sci-fi thriller starring Charles Dance and Helen Hunt, but film producers pulled the plug on this project in 2019.

In June last year it was revealed that Eva was poised to sue film company White Lantern $1 million over the decision.

The film was due to begin shooting A Patriot over seven weeks in the summer of 2019.

But after filming in Dublin was repeatedly postponed, film company White Lantern Film (Britannica) Ltd shut down the production, according to documents filed by the actress.

In June it was reported the Bond star, who played Vesper Lynd in Casino Royale, was suing the firm for $1 million (£800,000) which she claims is held in an escrow account under a ‘pay or play’ agreement – a movie industry arrangement that means an actor will receive the negotiated fee even if the film fails to go ahead.

Set in a futuristic authoritarian state, A Patriot was to follow the story of a Border Corps captain played by Ms Green who begins to question her allegiance to the regime.

In her writ, the actress, who lives in London, said she agreed to star in A Patriot on May 15 2019, and shooting was originally scheduled to start in August but was delayed twice.

Eva claimed she was entitled to the money, but the film company alleged in October 2019 that she had materially breached the agreement so was not eligible for it.

The writ alleged the company failed to give any information about the alleged breach.

In February last year, Eva was told Sherborne Media Finance had taken over White Lantern and ‘purported to give notice of termination of the artist agreement’ but she argued that was too late.

At the time, the French actress asked London’s High Court to rule she is entitled to the money and that the film company pay her legal costs.
