She recently welcomed a baby boy named Sunny with partner Josh Barker.

And on Monday, Elyse Knowles certainly had her hands full as she picked up some items from the post office in Byron Bay while balancing baby Sunny in her arms.

The mum-of-one was dressed casually in a blue T-shirt and a pair of activewear shorts.

She accessorised with a floppy hat, brown sandals, and a stylish wristwatch.

Elyse kept a watchful eye over little Sunny as she held the baby boy tightly while making her way to the car.

She then had another woman help her to load the two boxes into the car, before leaving.

A little later that day, she was spotted taking her two Weimaraners for a walk on the beach.

She had Sunny with her, but this time she kept the baby strapped to her chest in a carrier.

Last month, Elyse revealed that she was crippled by anxiety following the birth.

The 28-year-old said: ‘I got quite anxious leaving home for the first time. My heart was racing. I didn’t know if I could do it.

‘Having [Sunny], having our dogs and getting out there… And Sunny was screaming in the car and it made me quite scared.’

She added: ‘I found it hard to breathe and I had to tell myself, “It’s fine, what could go wrong? Everyone has babies… you just have to go for it.”

‘It took a couple of times to feel confident. But I’m not going to lie, it was hard at the start.’

Elyse says that her fiancé Josh Barker urged her to go outside and continue her life as normally as possible.

‘Josh was really great with pushing me out, so we went camping when Sunny was five weeks old.

‘We got out there and did it. Josh said, “What could go wrong?” Which is true. And I’m so grateful he did push me because now I feel confident doing those special things as a family,’ she added.
