One said: “I emptied the trays and filled them with hot water. It was done in 10 mins with a bit of scraping.”
Another added: “Use a washing up bowl or similar with a kettle full of hot water.
“Shut the door for 30 mins and ice will melt and soften. Put lots of towels on the floor.”
A third agreed, stating: “First thing is to put the kettle on then turn the freezer off with all drawers and food out.
