And Flip Or Flop star Christina Haack found her new haven with the purchase of a sprawling $10million mansion in an exclusive guard-gated community in Orange County.

The 38-year-old home renovation expert nabbed the Dana Point abode for $10.3M in July, just months after finalizing her divorce from Ant Anstead and going public in new romance with Joshua Hall.

Situated just steps away from the beach in The Strand at Headlands, a swanky oceanfront enclave, the new development went on the real estate market for the first time in 2020.

In their divorce settlement, the former couple agreed to share 50/50 custody of their one-year-old son Hudson.

Ant has since moved on with Renee Zellweger, while Christina revealed her new relationship with Joshua shortly after. 

Haack also shares two children with her first husband Tarek El Moussa, who she still stars with on the home renovation show Flip Or Flop.

El Moussa has since gone on to get engaged to Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young, 33, and the pair are in the throes of wedding planning.
