The raucous outing comes after Charlotte broke down in tears this week and revealed she is on the brink of ‘dangerous’ Type 2 diabetes.
The Ex On The Beach star, whose comedian father Les also suffered from diabetes, was diagnosed with gestational diabetes when she was pregnant with her son Noah.
However Charlotte, who revealed her mother Tracey was recently diagnosed with diabetes, believed that was just a ‘pregnancy thing’ and returned to eating her favourites of chocolate, chips and gravy, McDonalds and Dominoes pizza.

She’s now revealed she attended the doctor last week after feeling lethargic and ‘a bit funny’ only to be told she is on the verge of Type 2 diabetes and having to take insulin.
In an emotional video on her Instagram Charlotte told her followers: ‘This is quite a scary story time to talk to you all about. I get so many questions about the gestational diabetes I had with Noah.
‘I said: “You just get rid of it as soon as you have the baby.”
‘So I recently went to the doctors last week cause I’ve kind of felt a bit like when I was pregnant with gestational diabetes. It is completely different to Type Two diabetes.

‘Last week I went to the doctors and I’ve actually basically been warned.’
‘Some tests have come back cause obviously they wanted to see me about the diabetes and I’m a bit like my dad. I don’t like going to the doctors. I don’t like doing stuff like that. I’ve basically been told I could have type two diabetes if I don’t sort my diet out.
‘They’ve said obviously they need to keep a check on me now cause of my family history and everything. So yeah, I’ve got to change my diet completely.
‘I’ve gone through all this gestational diabetes and then now I’ve got to completely change my diet again because they are saying if I don’t clean my diet up I’m going to be on insulin because my blood sugar is that bad.’

Charlotte admitted she and Matthew were in tears after being told the scary news.
She added: ‘Me and Matthew have just cried and cried and cried. I’ve literally just had a baby and it’s so weird that my dad had it as well.
‘I’m going to have to clean up my diet somewhere. How? I don’t want to. I just want to be me but I need to try and find a happy medium’
Charlotte said she struggled having gestational diabetes because she loves ‘chips and gravy’.

She added: ‘I thought I could just eat what I want. Obviously I wanted to be healthy for little Noah but it’s hard when you we pregnant with cravings and that and I don’t really crave vegetables.
She added: ‘I crave chocolate and crisps and that kind of thing is really bad for diabetes. It spikes your blood sugar levels.
‘Then I found out I could have fry ups and things like that and you’re still getting that sexy food but you are being good. It’s more like chocolate and crisps that I really struggled with over Christmas.
The reality star then broke down in tears as she revealed her mum has just been diagnosed with Type Two diabetes after her late dad also suffered from it.

She explained: ‘So I genuinely thought I would never get diabetes but my mum has just been diagnosed with type two diabetes.
‘Obviously she’s 70 and such a beautiful woman inside and out and so fabulous but obviously I’m scared she’s just been diagnosed. She’s a grandma to Noah and a nanny and sorry I can’t speak I’m just really stressed about what I’m going to tell you.’
As Charlotte began sobbing she added: ‘ So I just don’t want anything to happen to my mum. I just have my mum. I don’t have my dad anymore.
‘I know he’s around but he’s not here. Everything about my mum, I panic if she’s got a bloody cough or cold. I always find the positives of very situation but I’m struggling with what I’m going to say.
Family worry: Charlotte, whose late father Les also suffered from diabetes, was diagnosed with gestational diabetes when she was pregnant with her son Noah (pictured)
‘I carried on with what I used to eat before gestational diabetes. A Chippy nearly every day, bad food. That’s kind of what I went back to cause I was like I couldn’t have that when I was pregnant so o was having McDonalds all the time, Dominoes.
‘I was having a Chinese and I basically went to the doctors cause I was feeling a bit funny last week and my mum said to me “Charlotte you need to go get checked about this diabetes cause I’ve just been diagnosed with type two”.’
Charlotte added: ‘I have to check on my health now cause I’ve got this little cherub
‘It’s really hard cause when Noah gets to eight months old that is going to be really hard for me cause that when my dad died when I was eight months old.

‘I just can’t imagine not being here for Noah’s life. It just breaks my heart thinking how my mum was without my dad. So everything is for this little boy now and I’ve got to look after myself and my health.’
She then asked her fans to help encourage her to eat healthier and said: ‘I’m going to find this so difficult to try and be good and clean my self up a bit.
‘And maybe my jelly belly will go and I’m like no cause that is what keeps me warm and that keeps me shaking. I just don’t know what to do. All I want now is chips and gravy.
‘The doctors were really worried. They were like I can’t believe you’ve not been sooner. They said: “This really dangerous Charlotte. This is your health.”
‘I just thought it went away. I’m urging you to get checked when you’ve had a baby . I’m literally on the verge of having it.
‘I might end up having to have insulin anyway. I’m going back this week to get checked. It’s really knocked me for six.’
