HOW MUCH PRIZE MONEY DO THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE WINNERS GET?

Alongside the glory of a major European title, both sides will also be vying for a huge financial prize pot from UEFA in the final.

Based on the UEFA figures from 2019/20, group stage participants receive £13.2million (€15.25m) before a game is played. Each group-stage win is worth £2.3m (€2.7m), with draws paying £770,000 (€900,000) apiece.

    Last 16, quarter-final and semi-final appearances netted clubs respective windfalls of £8.2m (€9.2m), £9m (€10.5m) and £10.3m (€12m) based on last season.

UEFA have not confirmed the exact figures for 2020/21, however, they are expected to increase from 12 months ago where runners up PSG landed £12.9m (€15m) and winners Bayern Munich received £16.4m (€19m).
