And Carol Vorderman was keen to showcase her fitness gains on Tuesday as she took to Instagram to flex her growing muscles in a skintight wetsuit.
The 60-year-old former Countdown star told her fans: ‘I think all this stuff is building my biceps…..look at the guns on that one… ok more like a water pistol.’

Carol grinned as she told her followers she was ‘off for a morning paddle and brekkie’ in her ‘wet suit onesie cos it’s warm out’.
The fighting fit star posed with her bicep flexed and showcased her famous curves in the skintight water sports ensemble.
She accessorised with a pair of reflective wayfarer sunglasses and made sure to monitor her heartrate with a smart watch.
Carol can’t get enough of paddleboarding since returning to Wales and last week took to the water with Owain Wyn Evans and Arran Rees on the Pembrokeshire coast.

Carol highlighted her sensational physique once more as she slipped into a wetsuit for a day of paddleboarding with her friends.
Her black one-piece featured geometric blue and pink shapes and a zip trailing down the centre.
She wrote on Instagram: ”Went paddleboarding with my DAHHHHHLINGs @owainwynevans and @arranjrees… a stunning hilarious day’. [sic]

The TV star looked nothing short of sensational in her activewear ensemble as she captured her svelte physique on Instagram.
Carol teamed her top with a pair of high-waist black leggings which also highlighted her hourglass curves.
Her caramel stresses were left in natural tousled waves and she appeared to go make-up free for the photo.
The mathematician captioned the upload: ‘Back to #happyscruff today and an early walk.’
